How to reload?

This is specific to the type of account you opened. So, kindly ask the New Accounts Section if you are able to reload the card or not. For example, those cards that were opened for Pagibig used are not reloadable by the cardholder but only by HDMF only.

An email was sent to DBP Head Office about this. This is their reply:

Greetings from DBP!

This is to acknowledge receipt of your email. Based on the Bank’s recent issuances of prepaid cards which mostly are for institutional clients, only proceeds submitted by the agency/institution that issued the prepaid cards are processed and credited to the Cash Cards.  Any other types of credit adjustment (Cash deposit, check deposit, fund transfer, etc.) will be rejected for processing by DBP.  Further, processing of the reloading is performed by the Branch of Account only.
