Eat Right To Turn Off Tumor Growth

Do you believe in healing through nutrition? Have you ever heard about the famous saying, “Let food be your medicine”? With nutrition and the right combination of foods, nothing is impossible with a good diet meal plan. Many would want a holistic approach for disease intervention, but do not know how it is done. In taking charge of your health, you should know better than to pay attention to what you eat!

How do you live in optimal health, weight, and wellness? Most people who are sick with an autoimmune disorder and cancer often ignore the ability of the human body to heal itself slowly through proper nutrition. There are stories of extreme healing through food. You should really get yourself to start reading about how to seriously clean up and straighten your eating habits!

First of all, you need to understand how to eat and what to eat for healing and prevention of diseases, which includes ideas about how to optimize your lifestyle and understand the power of the mind (or shall I say hope?).

Despite the growing body of documented medical evidence that diet both causes and cures diseases, nutritional awareness remains far from the ideal world. You can adapt the Mediterranean diet or raw vegan diet, with less meat if you can help yourself.

Being naturally healed through food is one way to reconnect your being with nature. The popular approach right now with regards to preventing and treating chronic diseases is to eliminate inflammatory foods from your diet.

To keep a healthy body, you should learn to adapt with the changing times. As you may have realized, your body is a dynamic living organism that needs the high quality fuel it deserves.

When this dynamic living organism does not receive the proper building blocks it needs for energy, maintenance, or repair, it would only be a matter of time before it fails to run. Stated in another way, if the body does not get the full range of nutrients it needs, you cannot expect it to stay in a state of good health.

Inflammation has been causing autoimmune disorders and chronic diseases to men and women across the globe. The systemic inflammation is a runaway immune response that causes the body to attack its own tissues.

You can cure your autoimmune disorder through nutrition and by eliminating the cause of the inflammation in your environment. The diet that you choose or the life (indeed lifestyle) you choose is key component to the functioning of every part of your body.

What is the best approach to cure cancer cells and the autoimmune disorder? How do you stop attacking yourself? There are countless studies that point the direct impact of diet to health, but usually, were never discussed during medical consultation.

There is only one effective alternative that scientists and doctors agree can heal you naturally besides the medication they are giving you. You should enhance immune system by eating right.

You can start by understanding the meaning of nutrition, the benefits of healthy eating, and how food impacts your quality of life. Let good food be your medicine.

To live a more fulfilling life, you should focus on both health and wealth. Prevent and treat diseases by understanding the relationship between nutrition, health, and lifestyle.

Consequently, we live under the constant threat of overwhelming attack by viruses, bacteria and parasites. The immune system protects the human body against these rapidly evolving microorganisms. Its critical protective function only becomes apparent when it fails.

The inherited and acquired immunodeficiency states are characterized by an increased susceptibility to all infections. Failure of its regulatory mechanisms can result in the immune system being inappropriately directed against body tissues and the development of autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, myasthenia gravis and multiple sclerosis.

Strong immune systems are formed by the foods you eat. The main defenders are the white blood cells, namely the lymphocytes, granulocytes and the monocytes and macrophages. The red blood cells main responsibility is to carry oxygen around the body, but also grab invaders through their suction pads so they are delivered to the white blood cells for extermination.

As with all the body systems, balance is the key. A number of important nutrients are needed to enhance the immune health. Without the proper and balanced nutrients, the immune system can be suppressed and deficiency symptoms may occur.

This family of inflammatory disorders, including arthritis and fibromyalgia, can be managed with the a well-thought diet and lifestyle program. When treating an autoimmune disease, it is important to understand food as a medicine, develop a solid stress management technique, heal your gut, and support your liver.

This new framework can turn on and off early stage of tumor growth by simply changing your protein consumption by 20%. A healthy diet and lifestyle can prevent the majority of cancers.

The irony is that the solution is pretty simple and inexpensive. The answer to the global health crisis is the food that each of us chooses to put in our mouths each day.

What we don’t know, what we don’t understand about nutrition can hurt us. What is the best prescription for good health?

Health is all about consuming more plant based foods and less of animal based foods. Maintaining a low animal protein diet and high plant based diet gives a significant edge in performance.

Manipulate tumor growth

Protein-calorie manipulation enhances tumor response to chemotherapy. The study about the effects of nutritional manipulation on tumor growth patterns and host tumor responses among laboratory rats demonstrated how nutritional manipulation impacts the nutritional status of the individual as well as increases the response of the tumor to chemotherapy.

The protein calorie manipulation resulted in tumor growth retardation and weight loss. It was also found that nutritional repletion has the ability to restore tumor growth and weight.

Here is the thing. Eating animal based foods makes the body produce more IGF-1. The more animal foods taken, the more IGF-1 production, and the more cancer growth.

IGF-1 is an important growth hormone that mediates the protein anabolic and linear growth promoting effect of the pituitary gland. This is necessary for proper growth when you were a child, but as an adult, specifically if you are over 40 years old, high levels can significantly increase the risk for colorectal, breast, and prostate cancer.

Medical researchers from the Harvard University published in their gazette about the studies of men and women over 40 years old, conducted at the Channing Laboratory in Boston, that the IGF-1 raises the possibility of contributing to growth of tumors.

Data showed that men with the highest levels of IGF-1 had more than four times the risk of prostate cancer than those with the lowest levels. Another Channing Laboratory team concluded that premenopausal women with high IGF-1 levels have more than double the relative risk of breast cancer.

The results raise concern over the attempts of men and women to take IGF-1 injections or in any form to slow down aging.

In one study, 12 men, 61 to 81 years old, were given growth hormone three times a week. After six months, their blood showed levels of growth hormone similar to those in men 10 to 20 years younger.

They achieved increases in muscle mass and skin thickness and decreases in body fat compared to a matched group who didn’t take the hormone. The medical research group advised people not to take the hormone as it may increase the risk of prostate and colorectal cancers if taken over long periods of time.

They definitely do not suggest the growth hormone is harmful, but they just raise the concern of the risk involved. So, proceed with caution.

The IGF-1 exerts powerful effects on each of the key stages of cancer development and behavior: cellular proliferation and apoptosis, angiogenesis and metastasis, and more recently, development of resistance to chemotherapeutic agents.

Scientists reported that people who ate a diet rich in protein during their middle aged years (ages 50 to 65) were four times more likely to die from cancer than those who ate a low protein diet. The study likened the risk of high protein to smoking. http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2014/03/140308-high-protein-diet-low-protein-cancer-meat-health-food-science/

The animal protein is associated with excess insulin in diabetes. People who eat more animal based foods tend to develop diabetes.

Excess insulin produced in diabetes can stimulate the growth of cancer cells and thus increases the risk of cancers of the liver, pancreas, kidney, colon, stomach, and ovaries.

One can turn on and turn off cancer by increasing and decreasing the quantity of protein eaten. Most animal protein turns on cancer. Less animal protein turns off cancer.

A decreased animal food consumption lowers the production of IGF-1 and reduces the growth of cancer. Besides the animal protein and fat, animal foods also contain toxic chemicals and synthetic hormones, which are routinely given to farm animals.

Another reason why animal foods contribute to cancer is that they contain zero fiber. A person consuming mostly animal and refined food does not get adequate fiber, which can be a factor in the development of colon cancer.

Higher cooking temperature and longer cooking time increase cancer risks. When meat protein is cooked at high temperatures, carcinogenic chemicals known as heterocyclic amines (HCAs) are formed.

They are some of the most potent mutagens that can induce tumors in animals and increase the risk of human cancers. Charcoal grilling, deep fat frying, roasting, microwave cooking, and boiling of animal meat contained the high amounts of total HCAs.

In short, animal protein and fat, plus toxic chemicals and hormones, devoid of fiber, with longer cooking time and higher temperature all contribute to cancer risks when one consumes animal based foods.

Trim your fat

Dietary change can make any individual go off medication even with cancer. Dietary change is a very powerful method to potentially cure cancer cells.

Don’t you know that breast cancer is closely linked to the female hormones found in the blood? The level of female hormones is largely determined by the kind of food we eat.

A good dietary change can reverse heart disease as well as enable a diabetic patient to go off their medication. Most of the leading deaths in the US are largely caused by foodborne illness.

Making simple dietary changes in your diet highly impacts the way your blood flow to the heart. However, you should be careful in using diet to treat diseases, because you may be avoiding effective treatments.

Many diseases are caused by dietary deficiencies and can be treated by dietary changes. People develop serious illnesses for a variety of reasons, and while we should do what we can do to remain healthy, we cannot prevent all illness.

In a few weeks, you will see that even severely blocked arteries could become less blocked. Just by making moderate changes in your diet could remarkably prevent heart disease. It is important that you avoid fat, refined sugar, and processed carbs.

Eat natural foods as much as possible. With a good healthy diet plan, you are sticking to a healthy weight while putting the brakes on a heart disease. Lasting changes to your lifestyle includes zero stress, exercise, and a more vegetarian focused diet.

Count your calories

You need a nutritious, well-planned diet to help you create sustainable changes in your health. Feel better and live longer by reducing the plaque clinging to your artery walls and in undoing years of damage. Trim the fat and heal your body.

Just as many people in the world are consuming more calories than they need and becoming overweight and obese. Calories, of course, are derived from food.

To meet your body’s need for calories and nutrients, you should vary, balance, and moderate your food intake. Eating a variety of food balances the nutrients.

If one food is low in a particular nutrient, others will compensate. If you typically vary the foods you eat, you really don’t have to worry about nutrients.

This leaves moderation as the central nutritional concern, hence calories. Varying food intake takes care of nutrient needs only when the food is of good nutritional quality. Processing removes nutrients from foods and often adds calories.

Evidences

A scientific study led by Dr. Dean Ornish suggests that the progression of even severe coronary heart disease can often be reversed by making comprehensive lifestyle changes. This means eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and soy products in their natural, unrefined forms.

This was the first randomized controlled trial showing that the progression of any type of cancer may be modified just by changing what we eat and how we live.

Recent studies at PMRI continued to demonstrate how dynamically lifestyle changes can improve the health and well-being of any individual, even on a genetic and cellular level.

In November 2008, The Lancet Oncology published PMRI’s study reported that a change of lifestyle could significantly increase the telomerase and, thus, telomere length.

The telomeres control how long we live. As it gets longer, our life gets longer too. They are the ends of our chromosomes that help us live a longer, healthy lifespan.

The finding has shown to successfully increase telomeres in a significant manner.

These studies just showed how powerful and comprehensive lifestyle changes can be. These mechanisms are so dynamic they truly demonstrated how quickly the benefits may occur.

This is the very first time any intervention, not even drugs, has demonstrated a significant increase of the telomeres.

Calories occur within the context of food, diet, culture, and lifestyle. The effects must be understood within this broader context.

The vicious fad cycles leave most followers an unhealthy weight loss program that sometimes result in weight regain. Some diet program may suggest eliminating important food groups while advertising more on taking mega doses of anti aging dietary health supplements.

You should understand that proper nutrition includes variety, balance, and moderation but never elimination. A balanced, healthy diet meal plan is needed for living a better quality of life, healthy lifespan, and successful long term weight loss.

What’s making those bulges stay?

One big puzzling question many men and women asked is: Why am I gaining weight instead of losing weight?

Is this something you can relate to? Eating the wrong kinds of food can’t help you lose weight.

One of the worst mistake most people make is considering a temporary diet fix by restricting themselves and adopting new eating habits without understanding the effect on their bodies.

Learning how to balance your meals and knowing how to increase metabolism, while keeping your blood sugar balanced is the key to good health. Protein is very important. It increases metabolism by at least 30% every time you eat.

Eating right can actually keep your metabolic fire fueled for the entire day. A low carb diet does not mean no carbohydrates at all.

Carbs supply the energy. In excess of what you need, they become bulging fat in your abdomen.

Rethink your lifestyle. Changing your preferences is not easy, but doable.

If you ignore good nutrition and neglect following a good nutritious diet, then you are on your way to booking yourself for that hospital bed soon.

It is the diet and not the exercise that plays a key role in boosting your immune system, including weight loss. Burn more, but eat more healthy meals! That is the rule.

The target is always to keep your waist measurement at least less than half your height. Extra fat in the body can raise the risk of diseases including cancer.

Many types of cancer are found in people who are overweight, such as the breast cancer, bowel cancer, womb cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, kidney cancer, liver cancer, gastric cardia cancer, and probably, the gallbladder, ovarian, and aggressive prostate cancers. http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/about-cancer/causes-of-cancer/bodyweight-and-cancer/how-being-overweight-causes-cancer

The fat cells in the body are active. They produce hormones and proteins that are carried through the bloodstream.

Being spread through circulation, they increase the risk of several types of cancer. The excess fat can change the estrogen and the testosterone levels of the body (sex hormones) as well as producing many other chemical messengers.

The insulin is much more among the obese and the overweight. High insulin levels are a common feature of many cancers.

Now, you see the connection between food, lifestyle, autoimmune disorder, and the cancer. Nutrition is important in losing your weight and prolonging your lifespan.
